We offer two route options: a shorter loop of 6-8 km and a longer loop of 14-16 km.

These are self-supported runs/walks, so please carry sufficient hydration and nutrition for your chosen distance. Expect to spend more time on the trail than the distance might suggest, and plan accordingly.

Hydration Guidelines

Long run (14-16 km)/Short walk/hike (6-8 km): Minimum 1.5 liters
Short run (6-8 km): Minimum 1 liter

A 250 ml bottle of water is not sufficient for a trail run. We recommend using a hydration bag with a bladder or bottles. You can find these at Decathlon or other online stores.

Additional Recommendations

Sunscreen and caps are advised to protect from the sun.
For navigation, we will provide Strava routes and GPX files. Save/download the route/GPX files provided by the organizer.
We recommend using the Gaia GPS app for easy navigation, as it often works better than a Garmin.

Group Run Etiquette

This is a group run; we stick together as a group.
Respect the natural environment. Leave no trace and avoid using single-use plastics.
