Short Loop (7+ km): Estimated time on feet: 1:15 to 1:30 hrs
Long Loop (15+ km): Estimated time on feet: 2:30 to 2:45 hrs

Please bring sufficient hydration: at least 1 liter for the short loop and 1.5 liters for the long loop. No one will be allowed to start without adequate hydration.
